Our website showcases and sells original comics, graphic novels, artwork, collectibles, and related merchandise, and provides information about our creators, projects, crowdfunding campaigns, and creative development services.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to ensure all product descriptions, images, prices and availability information are accurate. Products are subject to availability, and certain items may be produced in limited quantities. Minor variations in printing, colours or finishes may occur. Such variations do not affect any applicable consumer guarantees.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). We will identify applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs during checkout. We process payments through the payment providers available on our website. COMICS2MOVIES reserves the right to correct genuine pricing errors, subject to applicable consumer laws. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and provide appropriate options before proceeding.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability, payment problems or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be provided.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
COMICS2MOVIES ships eligible products within Australia and to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by postal services, customs processes, public holidays or other circumstances. We will take reasonable steps to deliver purchases within the agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe has been agreed, within a reasonable period.
International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. We will disclose any applicable responsibilities where required by law.
6. RETURNS & CONSUMER RIGHTS
All purchases are subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy outlined above. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. CREATOR OWNERSHIP & COLLABORATIONS
COMICS2MOVIES believes in supporting creator-owned storytelling and respecting the intellectual property of its creative partners. Ownership and licensing arrangements for individual projects are governed by the agreements between the relevant parties.
Enquiries about developing comics, graphic novels or screen-related properties do not automatically establish a contractual relationship. Any proposed collaboration or development arrangement must be agreed to separately.
9. CREATIVE SUBMISSIONS
We welcome enquiries from writers, artists, filmmakers, producers and other creators interested in working with COMICS2MOVIES. However, submitting an idea, manuscript, screenplay, artwork or proposal does not automatically establish a confidential or contractual relationship.
Please do not submit confidential material without first arranging appropriate protections in writing.
COMICS2MOVIES may independently develop stories or projects that explore similar general themes, concepts or genres.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to COMICS2MOVIES.
10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital comics and graphic novels are supplied for personal use unless otherwise specified. Digital purchases do not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, publicly upload or commercially exploit the material. All applicable consumer guarantees continue to apply.
11. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Our website may contain links to Kickstarter, social media services, payment providers and other external websites. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. COMICS2MOVIES does not control the operation of external websites and is not responsible for matters outside our control, subject to applicable law.
